Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery
- Do monthly training delivery plan for the territory in charge
- Take in charge training delivery for Partnership Distribution Junior Sales Management & Lead Generation Junior Management team
- Monitor and ensure the quality of training delivery including active ratio, participation rate, compliance… within the territory in charge
2. Sales Support
- Coordinate with Partnership Distribution Sales Force team to support sales activities (GP, BOP, PruDay…)
- Support other Partnership Distribution Sales Trainers in communicating about training activities
3. Training materials design and improvement
- Coordinate with Design, Development and TCQA team in giving feedback and improving current material in line with business need and interest of target audience
- Take in charge of designing project-based training material
4. Relationship Management
- Maintain and improve the quality of internal and external relationships to gain the best working results
5. Any other tasks assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or higher qualifications in Education, Finance, Life Insurance or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- Experience in a sales position is a plus
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Additional certification in training is a plus
