Mô tả công việc
• To achieve company goals in sales plan in target territory as assignment.
• To sell and promote products (Dairy, milk powder and other product assignment) with target customers in Pharmacy and General trade channels in target territory.
• Develop and build relationship with key customers in Pharmacy and Grocery stores in target territory.
• Responsible for outlet expansion in target territory.
• Achieve sales target and KPIs metrics such as visibility in stores, availability, planograms and trade activation programs as agreed with business line manager for performance measurable.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field.
2. Working experience: Working experiences as a sales representative in dairy, milk powder and FMCG will highly advantage. Strong relationship with stores owners and experience in sales in general trade channel.
3. Specific skill/Attitude: Good selling skill, communication and negotiation skills. Fair command in listening and spoken English. Positive attitude “CAN DO”.
4. Working conditions: Have an own motorbike will be advantage (Company provides traveling and phone allowance).
