Senior Sales Representative (Chinese Is Preferred)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Representative, based in Ho Chi Minh office, to join our Commercial team. It is an ideal position for people who have or like to be a major part of challenging, dynamic and professional working environment of Allnex Vietnam

Responsibilities:
1. Regular customer visits – 10 per week and promote allnex LRA coating systems.
2. Focus on Industrial Coatings including Industrial Wood and Industrial Metal in Vietnam, while maintain and grow assigned accounts.
3. Report monthly on market and customer status.
4. Report weekly on customer visits ensure high customer interaction and highly up to date customer’s status
5. Grow customers through understanding the market and developing relationships with new customers.
6. Support other sales to grow industrial coatings segments.
7. Develop and implement marketing plans for the Company’s products in order to meet established sales or market share targets;
8. Conduct and analyze market research to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions;
9. Oversee product development and design, launch new products and monitor sales performance;
10. In conjunction with Marketing create of technical value propositions and technical product commercialization, with production of technical data sheets, brochures and launch packages;
11. Transfer marketing information and customer requirements to R&D , raise R&D project and set priority based potential CM contribution and future needs;
12. Represent the organization in forums and conferences within specific area of application expertise;
13. Follow allnex SHE policy.

Qualifications & Skills:
1. Above Bachelor degree in organic, polymer chemistry, with affinity for and practical experience on the preparative side
2. Very good communication skills; must speak fluent Chinese, Vietnamese and English
3. Long term experience in the coating or related industries
4. Management skills is must
5. Strong knowledge of resin and paint industry, especially water-based & solvent based resins and paint.
6. Strong know-how of paint formulation designing and performance test
7. Sound commercial skills
8. Strong people interaction effectiveness
