Mô tả công việc
- To be responsible to handle Key accounts assigned – Construction Project
- To be responsible to identify the new potential customers to approach – Construction Project
- To acquire and to make an inventory of customer demands, to present a complete delivery program and to obtain requests.
- To work out proposals, price proposals, and delivery terms and conditions, to follow up proposals and to internally confer with the supporting departments in connection
- To keep agreements, sales prices and terms and conditions up to date
- To maintain and enhance customer’s satisfaction, to register, make an inventory of and process complaints.
- Develop new sales strategies and generating leads for possible sales by networking

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- This position only for Japanese (Expat)
- 3-year experience in Sales or Customer Service or Marketing
- MS office skills, analytical, representative, open and social communication
- Result-oriented, independent
- Goal driven, highly motivated, team player, commercial, flexible, pro-active
Benefits:
- Working time: Monday - Friday
- Salary range: $3800 - $4000USD (Gross) + Commission + Attractive benefit
