Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities
1. Merchant acquisition:
Continuously improve our merchant acquisition strategy to expand and acquire merchants for our platform
Build and maintain models to evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of acquired merchants
Develop and maintain relationships with merchants
Develop negotiation strategies (evaluating risk and opportunity, identifying merchant needs and goals, etc.) and navigate complex negotiations and close deals with top merchants in the market
2. Relationship building
Engage our merchants, listen to their needs and feedback to continuously improve on our platform offerings
3. Manage team performance
You will be most likely working with a team from a very early stage. It’s crucial to help build the team, tools and processes needed to acquire, retain and grow our merchant BD team
Manage the team’s performance by end-to-end tracking of the sales funnel and troubleshooting where required
Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of our business development team
Drive growth and Higher ROI
Ensure merchants grow together with the company
Take a data driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner in order to grow basket size and create loyal customers.
4. Ensuring consistency and quality
Have the greatest interest to make sure merchants maintain consistency in service and food quality
Liaise with Operations, Customer Service and merchants to ensure issues are resolved over email, phone, or in person
5. Cross-functional relationship
Work with our product, operations to make sure merchants have smooth onboarding and the best possible experience

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- MBA is a plus, English is a requirement.
- Minimum of 5 years working experiences, with over 2 years leading a team, in sales and marketing, F&B or within a start-up/ technology/ FMCG/ fast emerging MNC
- Passion for food delivery business. E-commerce and mobile app knowledge is a plus
- Ability to define business process and propose improvement initiatives
- A self-starter who can take high ownership on the job with minimum direction
- A highly driven person who also can lead a team
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbally) in Vietnamese and English
- Strategic thinker but also can manage business operations
- Microsoft Office skills are required (MS. Excel, MS. Word and MS. Powerpoint).
