- Manage and operate sales department to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning.
- Supervised performance of sales staff and help and guide them to improve.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
- Establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals/strategies for the company based on the customer and market feedback.
- Directly report to Sales Japanese Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- More than 05 years experience at the same position in the industrial manufacture field
- Experienced in steel field is advantage
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- To be able to go on business trip
