THIS POSITION WILL WORK AS OUR PROJECT AT DIEN DUONG, DIEN BAN, QUANG NAM (MID WAY FROM DA NANG TO HOI AN)
Position Description:
The director of sales and marketing position is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Key Responsibility:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Management:
• Lead market research projects to develop product strategy including: pricing, product positioning, trending, growth planning for strategic products, market acquisition plan.
• Lead team to execute product strategy.
Sales:
• Set monthly sales targets, develop and implement sales plan.
• Evaluate by Net sales up to Net profit tracking reports versus set targets.
• To increase profitability of brands via controlled usage of discounts & sales off, duly evaluated by discount % utilized tracking reports.
• Reporting of sales volumes, turnover, market share, market coverage and competition activities.
• Do periodically analysis in: Retail pricing, discounts, and sales promotion...
Competencies:
• Strong business sense with solid analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and drive performance and customer service.
• Must be a good team player, pleasant, result - oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese & English.
• Extensive use of Word, Excel, MS Projects for reporting and project tracking.
Supervisory Responsibility:
• This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.
Work Environment:
• This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands:
• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms and requires the ability to occasionally lift office.
• Position Type and Expected Hours of Work.
Travel
• Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
