Senior Sales

- Work to achieve the given target
- Manage sales process & maximize long & short term results
- Negotiate with customers to ensure profitable business
- Maintain relationships while managing & growing customer base especially for developing direct customer base (BCO)
- Identify customer needs & potential opportunities
- Troubleshoot customer problems
- Identify/develop and pursue new customer leads
- Design detailed account plans
- Update the market & competitors situation

- University degree of Foreign Trade, Marketing, Economics or Maritime preferable
- Over 3- 5 year experience in shipping industry especially vast experience in longhaul (America/Canada/Med) and India, China & Intra – Asia market
- Good negotiation skill
- Good communication & presentation skill ( both in local language & English)
- Chinese speaking is an advantage
- Good organization skill
- Dynamic, creative & proactive mind
- Responsible for the tasks assigned
