To assist Regional Sales Manager (RSM)/Area Sales Manager in assigned areas of Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang, Ha Giang, Yen Bai, Lao Cai, Lai Chau province
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Sales
- Coverage
- Market Share
- Distribution System
- Brand Development
- Personnel Development
... in compliance with the Company”s goals and objectives
AREA OE ACCOUNTABILITY:
- In charge of building & maintaining efficient, cost effective distribution network in assigned area.
Collaborate with other departments to develop annual, quarterly, monthly sales plan in order to ensure the target achievement of sales, coverage, product mix, market share in assigned area that set by the Company
- Monitor and analyse sales progress, promotion expenses and distribution cost in order to recommend necessary action plans achieve sales result in assigned area
- Monitor and evaluate distributor”s service efficiency financial status, business Orientation and management
- Keep Regional/Area Sales Manager informed about distributor's status and their feedback ¡n a timely manner
- Carry out market survey to identify market opportunity, market trend and status of both Company and competitors
- Be responsible for building and maintaining brand's image positioning in assigned area through sales and promotion activities
- Train, coach sales staff to attain maximize effectiveness and productivities

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree
- At least 02 Year Experience as ASM in FMCG
- Be able to travel frequently
- Having sales training and coaching skills
- Good computer skills
- Can work under pressure
***SALARY RANGE: The salary is negotiable by HR department
