Mô tả công việc

OBJECTIVE:
we are looking for an Experienced Sales Executive working at Head office to manage whole stores chain.

1. Manage every aspect of day-to-day supervision of whole Company’s Retail Stores Chain, including Product, Sales, Staff, Stock, Promotion, Visual Display and all resource management in order to support all the stores to achieve the Company Target.
2. Monitor the stores strictly follow Company’ Guideline: Fixture, VM, Lighting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implement the business plan of the company direction.
• Propose sales programs for each month, quarter for the system and customized programs for ineffective business stores.
• Build sales targets for each day, week, month and quarter for the stores in management chain, implement and supervise performance on Sales targets. Make plans for general discount programs in the system and each separate store based on the particularity of each regional market.
• Monitor activities, regulations, quantity of goods in each store, checking workingstyle and sustaining teamwork spirit for each store.
• Manage backlog of goods daily in each store, having information about slowly-consumed and best-selling quantity to analyze the causes and recommend solutions.
• Manage setting up of images: window display, collection area, goods display in clusters and guidelines of implementing company.
• Coordinate with other departments to build new stores as needed.
• Coordinate with Design and Production to develop specific products for customers / stores.
• Monitor the order of each region to make appropriate product allocation decisions.
• Support the store manager to manage the store according to the company standards.
• Doing research and analysis about the markets, competitors; directing performance of market expansion campaigns.
• Prepare reports and analysis on sales, stock data from sales system.
• -Provide reports as requested by Sales supervisor
• Take charge of other tasks assigned by Sales Supervisor and the Company

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Advanced degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in sales. Experience in high value B2C sales preferred. Fashion sense.
• Understanding of the retail sales process.
• Business mindset required.
• Superior attention to detail; organisational skills; planning skills; problem-solving skills;
• Research skills; analytical skills; critical thinking skills; computer skills; multi-tasking skills.
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
