Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for the direct selling of overseas property products to customers.
• Ensure perfect product knowledge is provided professionally and accurately to customers
• Provide the highest standard of customer service & care
• Advise & keep customers informed regarding stock orders & repairs, ensuring all administration procedures are adhered to
• Analyzing the price of the products and presenting potential investment returns to clients
• Monitoring the consumer reactions and the distribution of the product via market research and focus groups
• Understand competitor's strengths and weaknesses in order to differentiate the product from the competition during the site visit
• Understand the overall market (i.e. competition, economic trends, reasonability, supply and demand, etc.) and implement appropriate strategic plans.
• Serve the customers by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while building a relationship and loyalty to them
• Appear well groomed, smart and presentable
• Prepare sales reports
• Other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Fluent in English
• At least 3 years experience of working within a luxury or premium sales environment
• Excellent presentation & communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Confidence in selling & providing a high standard of customer service
• Good track record of working towards individual & group sales targets.
• Working under pressure
