Senior Sales Executive

- Lead the team to provide full satisfaction to customers with systematic follow up on each stage of production and execution of order on time
- Responsible for the coordination of daily merchandising activities in costing, product development and mass production follow up
- Provide technical advice to customers on characteristics of fabrics, dyeing, washing and sewing processes
- Coordinate with factories on timely shipment of all sales orders
- Proactively work with the fellow merchandising team, factory and technical team to ensure quality on garments delivered
- Cultivate customer intimacy with production at different levels. Work on cost and margin analysis to achieve budgeted margin
- Manage raw material planning with launch mills, suppliers and major components
- Monitor the revenues and expenses within the division
- Collaborate with other supporting divisions in the company to protect company's interests
- Maintain and update production records, system data
- Assist in other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by Sales Director

- From bachelor degree
- 2+ years sales and merchandising experience, preferably in sizable garment manufacturing environment
- Knowledgeable of handling brand customers
- Sound knowledge in PC operations (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, self-initiative and positive mindset
- Good command of both written and spoken English
