Mô tả công việc
a. Sales
• Achieve the target of allocated channel to meet sales target set by management
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities with new clients for the central region of Vietnam
• Dealing with customers about price, contract terms to get orders and sales contracts, providing customers’ info to the office.
• Maintain existing customers, enhance customers’ relationship and generate new clients, handle all regional customers’ complaints related to sales team/ products/ customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up products for consignment, sample, testing and clients’ payment in coordination with accounting and sales admin
• Report sales activities status to GM/GOM
• Other selling related responsibilities as requested by GOM
b. Coordination of Central office
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Work reports to General Operation Manager.
• Management of Central office’s team
• Ensure training and performance of the central office’s staff
• Presentation of store and display machines following Marketing guideline, ensure all pricing, signage, and displays are correct at all times.
• Collaborating with the marketing team of head office to prepare event & promotion for sales and marketing activities

• Friendly, honest, responsible, self-motivated
• Necessary skills: Details oriented, Problem-solving, good communication skills, customer negotiation
• Experience in household appliances/coffee industry / Horeca / barista
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google search tool)
