What You Will Do
Report to: Sales Manager – Production Inspection Division
Level: Manager, manage the team of 2-3 people
Product: Product Inspection www.mt.com/pi
Gross salary: Negotiation, Commission: 1% own target plus 0.5% team target
Workplace: G Floor, SCS Building, Plot T2-4, D1 Street, Saigon Hi-tech Park, Tan Phu Ward, Dist. 9, HCM City, Vietnam

Key Responsibilities
Planning and Organization
- Plan and manage the SBU according to agreed country development strategies.
- Ensure compliance to policies, procedures and values in all areas of operational activity
- Support the delivery of all marketing campaigns
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and optimization of quality of service

Business Development / Sales and Marketing
- Provide guidance to team in Key account management ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction is consistently achieved
- Support the design and execution of all marketing campaigns, leads generation and management activities
- Participant in Sales visits to key customers to build customer relationship and be their preferred vendor

Technical Advisory and Product Advocate
- Provide expert advice and guidance on product & technical information to team and potential/existing customers
- Provide necessary support in the technology evaluation stage of the sales process
- Communicate regulatory compliance requirement and applications effectively, demonstrating MT’s market leadership and expertise in the relevant fields
- Provide required support in interaction with customers’ engineering teams to effectively illustrate MT’s value proposition
- Provide support and guidance to the team at field events such as conferences, public & on-site seminars, etc
- Lead and take charge of negotiations where necessary to ensure a win-win agreement with customers

Service Standards and Customer Relationship Management
- Work with sales team to prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents
- Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions, meeting regulatory compliance standards and productivity improvements
- Monitor maintenance of records of customer communication and sales activity in the CRM system

People Development and Management
- Take charge of recruitment and ensure effective induction for new team members, monitoring ongoing performance needs
- Manage performance and development of team to maximize sales performance of division
- Encourage Sales team member to continuously develop knowledge of local market conditions to identify trends and make appropriate/innovative recommendations to improve and enhance product performance and drive the business forward

- Effective management of the performance and development of employees to drive and maximize the sales performance of the team

Qualifications
- Education: Degree in any discipline preferably in Senior Sales Engineer, Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical/Electronic, and Industry Technology or related field
- English: Good Verbal/Written Communication
- Computer skills: Ms. Office, Auto-cad (Plus)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in a Technical sales environment with extensive supervision experience. Prefer the business understanding in Agricultures industries, Food & Beverage, Pharma and Cosmetic.
