Department: Sales and Marketing
Report to: Sales and Marketing Manager
Position Summary:
Work as a window person and interface with customers on customer’s requests, quotation, and commercial issues.
Responsibilities:
• Prepares quotation for products and keep record of costing detail
• Updates prices for products due to engineering changes, exchange rate changes, VA/VE, etc.
• Keeps track of price changes and reasons for changes
• Negotiates with customers for quoted prices.
• Follows up for purchase order from customer after price is agreed
• Coordinates with internal departments to help customers solve any problem
• Coordinates with customers regarding commercial issues.
• Support and update sales ordering and selling prices in LAT manufacturing system

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent, MBA would be a plus.
• At least 5 Years experience in Sales or Marketing and coordination is preferable.
Skill:
• Understanding product & manufacturing process
• Excellence presentation and interpersonal skill.
• Ability to coordinate multi projects or products
• Good Attitudes and high enthusiasms
• Good command of English (or Japanese)
Training:
• IATF16949:2016 and ISO 14001
• 5S & Productivity
• APQP
• Effective communication
• Advanced excel application
• Professional sales
• Basic finance
