* Report to: Business Development Manager, with dotted-line reporting to the Regional Sales and Managing Director
I. Overall:
- Focus on accounts with high growth potential in short to medium term period and large existing customer
- Sell Industrial product (www.beckhoff.com.vn) by face to face, via phone, and electronic media
- Do consultative and value selling
- Meet sales target and KPIs setting
II. Detailed responsibilities:
1. Business & profitability
- Achieve quarterly order & sales target, respected to the commercial policies defined by Factory & Building Solutions activity and to be defined by Managing Director.
2. Project Pipelines Development:
- Identify, qualify & follow Factory & Building Automation project in Vietnam
- Seek, develop and build relationships with machine builders and system integrators in targeted segments.
- Map out support eco-system per customer, to understand the dynamics behind project generation, project award and eventual project delivery
- Design and propose suitable solution architectures for customers’ Applications
- Work with the OEM, SI( System Integrators), end-users to promote & consult with the Beckhoff solutions.
- Visit the OEM/SI frequently to provide technical consultation with Beckhoff products.
- Responsible for market penetration into targeted segments

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: Bachelor in engineering (Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical)
- Deep knowledge about PLC, Controller, Fieldbus components, PC/NC automation software, Drives Technology. Understand about Industrial PC and complete PC-based automation solutions is advantage.
- English: be able to read and speak fluently
- Computer skills: Ms. Office
- Experience: 3 years in technical sales are in advantage and at least 2-year work experiences in industrial field
