Senior Sales Coordinator

*Sales coordinator tasks:
- Connect with customer/sales man/mechanic/transporter to coordinate new order . Prepare the procedure after sales. Check daily in/out report of machine. Control to receive fully Handover document.
- Contact with customer to solve problems via phone/email
- Make/Control Rental Contract with customer. Control to receive fully rental/sales contract.
- Control claim notice/repair fee
- Be main responsible for purchasing new machines for company/ searching new supplier related for rental asset/sales assets in Vietnam. Report monthly increase asset.
- Responsible for selling machine department.
- Main responsible for rental software system in Vietnam (control error/update new function)
- Be assigned other tasks from Director and assign for other staffs.

* Invoice & Collection tasks:
- Control Invoice and Collection Department
- Make/Control white invoice accuracy with salesman and customer before submitting to manager
- Control/Check Red Invoice accuracy before send to customer
- Control/Follow debt collection, push payment
- Responsible for checking payment document, make sure it's correct before submitting to manager and send to customer.

Details will be discussed when interview.

- Have opportunity to be promoted to leader
- Go training in Thailand or other companies of Nishio Group

- Salary increase once a year, 13th month salary and profit sharing bonus
- Have opportunity to be promoted to leader
- Company provides car to visit customers.
