Senior Sales and Marketing Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Solagron JSC is seeking for a full-time Senior Sales and Marketing Executive to perform following tasks and duties:

● Ensuring total customer management (order collection, registration and delivery) of Solagron’s algae products,
● Performing marketing activities such as product introduction, promotions and advertising,
● Building and maintaining strong customer relations,
● Paying visits to prospective clients and introducing products,
● Following up existing customer orders and seeking for increasing the sales volume,
● Managing and coordinating with the junior sales team to meet company’s sales targets,
● Monitoring customers and market activities; and preparing monthly status and forecast reports,
● Assisting management in developing the sales and marketing strategy,
● Performing other tasks appointed by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates should have following skills and qualifications:

● Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university in social sciences or a related field,
● Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company,
● Work experience in the aquaculture industry is a plus,
● Good written and verbal communication skills both in Vietnamese and English,
● Excellent coordination, communication and planning abilities,
● Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and to meet deadlines,
● Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.),
● Able to travel to other provinces in Vietnam.
