Mô tả công việc
- Taking phone calls from customers for sales
- Supporting Sales team for sales contract, quotation and sales related paperwork, make sure discount rates and documents comply with company policy and allowed selling scheme
- Inform Customers new sales scheme, sales policies, promotions, etc…
- Liaise with Purchasing, Accounting and Stock keeper to ensure goods availability and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with Accounting for issue VAT invoice and chasing payment
- Update sales record data and CRM system and consolidate monthly sales report
- Follow up products for consignment, sample, testing and customers’ payment
- Calculation monthly Commission
- Other tasks as assigned by General Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 3 years+ work experience in sales admin, preferred foreign company
- Good command of English
- Pro-active and flexible
- Good knowledge of contracts and trade
- Basic legal knowledge
- Tidy and organized
- Very good command of Excel, CRM software
- Technical mind-set
- Ability to train and control sales admin in Danang, Hanoi
- 28-32 years old, female, preferred married with kids
- Way to work not longer than 45min
- Good command of English
- Pro-active and flexible
- Good knowledge of contracts and trade
- Basic legal knowledge

- Very good command of Excel, CRM software
