Senior Sales/ Account Manager FMCG Sales Promotions At XLCONCEPT VIETNAM

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for talent, an experienced and motivated Sales/Account Manager for the Ho Chi Minh office, being responsible for the direct client contact and sales, by developing and offering ideas, concepts and products (gift items, premiums and loyalty items) to our Vietnamese clients, mainly international Fast Moving Consumer Good companies.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Being part of the Sales Management, with full participation in the sales process and in regular contact with our clients for acquisition and sales.
- Cooperating closely with the General Manager, both the creative teams in Amsterdam and HCM, and the Buying team purchasing from Vietnam and other Asian sources, according the XLCONCEPT Risk Policy for responsible sourcing.
- Cooperating with back office, admin, order follow up, logistics and government contact

The Profile:
- The drive to succeed, with perfect sense of service and eagerness to sell, is crucial for this role.
- Adequate experience in Sales to FMCG companies or similar.
- Able to write and speak proficient English
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as sales manager in the industry for gifts, premiums, promotional items, loyalty programs and/or consumer goods industry.
- The ability to participate in the creative process to develop concepts, premiums and promotional gift products, and able to adapt and service our FMCG client base.
- Knowledge of the production, social compliance and QA & QC process in Asian production is an advantage.
- A desire to evolve and grow within XLCONCEPT long term.
