Senior Risk Management Officer

• Establish framework to facilitate other departments to implement.
• Maintain operational risk management tools to identify, monitor and control operational risk.
• Liaise with related departments to provide recommendations to address the control weaknesses.
• Monthly monitor risk indicators, the implementation progress and maintain reporting.
• Support the establishment and amendments of risk management procedures and policies.
• Research on best practices and liaise with other departments to effectively manage operational risk in accordance with legal, compliance and internal requirements/capability.
• Thoroughly understand crisis management framework and coordinate with key management.
• Risk Analytics and Modelling activities, such as:
+ Ensure the data quality of Risk Data Mart.
+ Promptly report any incidents in Data Warehouse to responsible parties.
+ Support governance and amendment of scripts, procedures and jobs across departments who are utilizing Data Warehouse.
+ Maintain credit risk and fraud management reporting.
+ Provide risk analytics figures in a timely manner.
+ Monitor and validate performance of credit scorecards to ensure its stability and suggest re-developing models if needed.
+ Focus on finding out good factors/variables in terms of predictive power of customer’s probability of default and its suitability to business.
+ Coordinate with other modelling and data analytics projects.
+ Support Credit Analysis, Collection, Sales and any other related departments in monitoring credit risk controls.

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or Business.
• At least 02 years experience in risk management practices.
• Work in bank or financial company.
• Knowledge in credit operations is a must.
• Good understanding of Data Warehouse/ Data Mart/ Database practices.
• Preferably with coding/ programming experience in PL/SQL, Python, R.
• High proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong at risk analytical skill and modeling.
• Good interpersonal, communication skills, logical reasoning and independent thinking.
