1. Establish sales strategy and executing operation for reaching sales target - Setting the sales target for each shop and incentive target discussing with AM & TM - Monitoring store performance regulation and providing the guideline for achieve targets shop by shop - Developing shop promotion following characteristics of district

2. Managing frontline staffs - Providing professional training, motivating and driving frontline staff for enhancing performance - Maintaining shop staff level and man power arrangement (New staff recruiting, work shift setting) - Tracking attendance and punctuality and finalizing payroll

3. Handling shop operation - Maintaining shop retail level quality and corporate image following global standard (Service, VMD, Uniform etc.) - Arranging new shop openings, renewal, and closing related execution - Responsible for all shops inventory level by stock taking checking - Communicating with the contractors for store maintenance (POS, CCTV, Security system etc.)

4. Others - NPS score management - Updating employee benefits and Labor Regulation - Making out HQ reports

- Great responsibility for managing people, stock (products and promotional items) and cash.
- Proficient at spurring sales people to achieve sales goal in each retail shop.
- Deep understanding of customers' satisfaction (customers and sales people) and in-store SOP.
- Passionate about driving other people to be involved in sales activities deeply with optimistic mindset.
- Over 3 years of experience of Sales, work force management
- University graduate or above
- Fluent English
- Experience in cosmetic industry is preferred.
