*Job base: HCMC
*Report to: National Sales Manager.
* MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
This position will be responsible to develop and implement OOH Channel strategy for nationwide which helps to achieve sales target. This will mainly focus on all aspects OOH channel i.e. outlet segmentation, sales, distribution, contract & negotiation, customer investments.
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and perform the implementation of OOH sales strategies for nationwide
- Directly manage OOH operation in Ho Chi Minh (sales team, distributors…); OOH Hanoi: this position will have dotted line reports.
- Establish and develop distribution network for OOH nationwide, ready to assist other regions when required.
- Directly manage the OOH nationwide key accounts, chains of OOH channel (HORECA, airlines/airports, theme parks…);
- Effectively and efficiently manage people resources and trade spending to achieve sales and profitable growths.
- Manage customer promotions and preferred sales contracts in the means of transparency, effectiveness, efficiency and integrity.
- On time update challenges in internal operation and market execution and proactively propose/suggest solutions.

1. Educational background:
• Bachelor/College degree or above - major in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, International Business.....
2. Working experience:
• At least 5 years experience in HORECA channel sales and distribution of FMCG.
• Good knowledge of markets, strong competences to build and extend customer network.
• Strong F&B Sales experiences both high-end and Mainstream key accounts.
3. Skills and Knowledge:
• Sales Team Management & distributor management skill.
• Key Account Management skill.
• Planning and Organizing Skills
• Very Good Communication Skill and Negotiation Skill
• Good Analytical Skill
• Literacy in computer using
• Solid English Skills
• Self-motivated, positive thinking, high responsibility and good appearance
