Job summary
As a Senior Recruitment, you will be responsible for a full cycle of the recruitment process. In this role, you will give consultations to hiring managers for hiring matters, including hiring requests, recruitment processes, or interview techniques.
1. Develop, implement, and execute the recruitment process (50%)
- Execute full cycle of the recruitment process, including the job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer management
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, the scope of works and consult them to select the suitable candidates
- Keep track recruitment data (number of applicants, time to hire, recruitment source & cost per hire)
- Develop talent pool and pipeline in accordance with business line needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with University to get their introduction of high-quality students
- Manage the budget for recruitment and take responsibility to analyze recruitment data
2. In charge of doing reports, and updating the manpower plan for the whole company (15%)
- Summarize the manpower plan proposed by departments and clarify the hiring needs
- Take responsibility to make the manpower report and ensure the adequacy and accuracy of data
- Update personnel fluctuations by monthly, quarterly, and annually
3. Design, and implement the action plan for recruitment (25%)
- Support for DPP/ASD (Daikin dealer/sub-dealer) to introduce CV
- To build and execute all talent resourcing activities such as employer branding activities, showroom visiting, job fair, seminar, internship program, training, and recruitment cooperation
- Take responsibility to implement the annual surveys and promote the employer branding through an annual survey like Vietnam best places to work, HRAA, Happiness at work
4. Other ad-hoc tasks are assigned by the line manager (10%)
- Support other HR projects and administrative duties as required from the line manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree
- At least 05 years of recruiting at multinational companies
- Strong sourcing skill to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
- Ability to gather and analyze data, including employment, recruitment & resignation data
- Good communication, observation, assessment and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English
