Mô tả công việc
Mass Rectuiment & Outsourcing Senior Consultant will manage and implement recruitment/outsourcing activities to supply appropridate candidates and services timely and effectively to customers.
This individual will also maintain the contact with clients to find opportunities for business growth
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Finance
Be accountable for achieving the Team target setting
Support team to reach the target of the whole team
Recruitment
Maintain and develop candidate database and recruitment channels
Build and maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers
Use a variety of channels to search propestive candidates
for short-listed candidates;
Communicate to applicants for job duties, working conditions, pay, benefits, and promotional opportunities
Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
Arrange last-round interviews schedule for clients and candidates
Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process
Follow up with clients for payment progress ensure no bad debt
Update Recruitment report as requested
Organize, conduct training & qualify mass recruitment skills to staffs
Provide supports for Mass Recruitment Team and POS Team especially in activities relating to account management works
Provide support to increase outsourced organization’s efficiency and effectiveness
Provide required supports for activities relating to Business Development
Process/ Function
Implement recruitment/Outsourcing activities in compliance with company policies, working process, procedures
Prepare and maintain reports and documents ensure be done accurately, timely and in compliance with Company/POS process and regulations
Learning & Growth
Participate in seminars, workshop, training, sharing for regulations/knowledge update/Skill Qualification
Learn and develop by self
Major challenges
Candidate pool to supply appropriate candidates in timely manner in peak season
Independently work from team and self-manage to deliver work objectives without daily coaching of direct manager
Learn and implement new tasks in recruitment/outsourcing activities

QUALIFICATION & PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualification
Must be having a Bachelor’s degree either in HR, Business Administration, English, Economics and/or other related fields.
Experience
o Essential
2-3 years of human resources experience with emphasis on client or internal communication
o Desirable
1-2 year working experience in mass recruitment
Abilities/Skills
Knowledge of recruitment skills.
Knowledge of labour regulations.
Ability to do multi-tasks, attention to details
Proven good customer service skills
Good planning, time management and organization skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Negotiation skills
Qualification
