Mô tả công việc
- Receive recruitment requests for Academic department (English teachers, Academic coordinator...), make the recruitment plan, organize the implementation of the plan;
- Build up the sources of candidates via job posting channels, websites, forums, employment agencies, job fairs....
- Updating and managing candidate information files, receiving, screening CVs, arranging interviews and interviewing candidates;
- Participate in the preparation of new staff, develop HR procedures and organize orientation training for new employees.
- Carry out procedures for foreign workers: foreign labor quotas, work permits, temporary residence cards….

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor in Human Resources or related fields.
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience, especially in English education and training.
- Management skills, good teamwork and flexible communication.
- English proficiency, good MS office skills.
