Mô tả công việc
Responsibility:
1) Implementation of recruitment actions:
- Advertising and soliciting resumes from qualified candidates;
- Screening resumes and applications for suitability; conducting initial screening interviews, both telephone and personal; making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided.
- Performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
- Coordinate with training department to arrange training class, data filling.
- Mainly in charge of recruitment for stores. And other positions in HQ which are assigned by Recruitment Manager;
2) Recruitment communication, employer branding:
- Ensure that contents for recruitment purpose (job descriptions, advertising articles...) are produced with highest quality;
- Support to Recruitment Manager to monitor, develop information and contents regarding Guardian Vietnam's recruitment, towards internal and external candidates, in coordination with communication team; ensure that they are correctly updated, effectively enhance awareness of the company's values and competitive advantages;
3) Report:
- Ensure that the weekly recruitment planning as well as other reports are delivered in accurate and timely manner;
- Ensure that the recruitment database is maintained effectively.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 5 years of experience
- Bachelor/College Degree; major in Business Administration, Human Resource or others related;
- Experience in Retail industry is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Positive attitude;
- Good communication, negotiation skills;
- Proactive and having high sense of responsibility, trustworthy and team work spirit;
- Ability to speaking and writing English;
- Bachelor/College Degree; major in Business Administration, Human Resource or others related;
- Experience in Retail industry is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure;
