Senior Recruitment Executive

Responsible for our talent acquisition:
- Implementing recruitment activities for both Production & Non-Production departments in Hanoi;
- Support to build up headcount plan;
- Prepare and manage recruitment budget;
- Develop our collaboration with vocational schools/centers, universities, headhunters;
- You will act as HRBP and work closely with departments to understand the need and change in manpower, analysis and propose methods to optimize recruitment activities

***JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Education: University of HRM, Business administration, Economics or English
- Experience: minimum 4 years of experience in a professional recruitment position; Have experience from working in FMCG fields/production with a large number of employees; Working with implementation mass recruitment (large quantities of employees in short time) & large scale production set-ups;
- Have excellent English skills and an international mindset;
- Have good sense of human & interviewing skills;
- Are good at time management, planning, organizing and managing work;
- Are proficient in MS office 365, Google Drive, Internet, MS office, Excel;
- Special ability: interpersonal, creative, work under pressure;
- Loyal, Trusting personality, Caring, Work at high pace, Multi-tasking, Team player, Service oriented, Pro-active, Engaging.
