• Position: SENIOR RECRUITER
• Salary: Very Competitive
• Working time: Mon – Fri (9am to 6pm)
• Work Location: Flemington Tower, District 11, HCM

We are looking for 2 new Senior Recruiters to join our rapidly expanding company, we are an Employer of Choice, who recognizes talented people and rewards their talent with fast track opportunities for promotion. With hardwork and results the opportunities with Propzy are there for you to take. We offer a very good basic salary and monthly commission on your KPI's of recruiting, branding and cost per hire. These KPI's are fair and easily achievable
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Process end-to-end recruitment needs
• Liaise with hiring manager needs and expectations
• Create strategic talent pipelines for future on-boarding
• Maintain tracking of vacancies
• Responsible for maintenance of internal recruitment database (records of candidates and outcomes throughout the process)
• Start finding suitable candidates from all sources
• Interview candidates, create candidate profiles, candidate letters, candidate assessment reports
• Build up good relationship with potential talented candidates for any co-operation in the future
• Knowing and understanding the job description of all positions
• Induction/orientation for new starters
• Follow up new comers after recruitment to make sure they adapt fluently to the new team and environment.
• Insure relationships with key accounts and superior talents
• Motivating employees to grow within the company.
• Build employer branding
• Performing other duties as assigned by the management.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Excellent performance in recruitment (at least 3+ years )
• Have experience in recruiting in-house
• Understand market labor & recruitment process
• Experience in sales, services, real estate, finance, insurance field is a plus
• Good communication in Vietnamese & English
• Mature, self-confident, sociable
• Positive working attitude and able to influence others
