Mô tả công việc
• Review and understand technical job requirement
• Take full recruitment circle for all positions from junior to management level
• Manage the recruitment process through interview to offer stage, and on boarding
• Job advertisements posting by using different social media and networks channels
• Have experience indoor and outdoor recruitment events (Job fairs, Seminar, Career day, Technology festival…)
• Manage all HR company/channels, selection of media and implementation of events.
• Planning, implementation and operation of direct recruiting.
• Adoption of talented candidates by utilizing social network.
• Analysis and Report recruiting result to Group manager and management board members.
• Be able to making document for training interviewing skills is a plus
• Make recruitment plan and manage HR cost is a plus

• Years of Experience required: Over 5 years (preferred in the IT industry)
• Have working experience in foreign company
• Prior experience working as an in-house recruiter
• Supporting hiring managers by delivering recruitment solutions
• Fluent in speaking and writing document and email in English
• Skillful at using computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop/Illustrator (or kind of image editing software), web site, email,..).
• Skillful at business solving problems, presenting, analysis data.
• Working with high pressure.
• Strong motivation to always grow.
• High motivation for achievement of goals and ability to act without giving up.
• Those who can speak and suggest actively rather than passively.
• Those who can enjoy differences in culture, customs and social rules.
• Have working experience in foreign company
