Senior Recruiter

Recruitment (70%)

Handle the screening steps of recruiting and selection of staff including job posting, candidate searching, CV screening, interviewing candidates, organizing interviews for requested Dept, to ensure qualified candidates are selected and hired.
Manage the on-line recruitment through the Aperia Website
Coordinator the boarding and integration program for newly hired employees: collection of personal data and information, communication, logistic arrangements, company orientation, and appropriate follow – up.
Manage candidate database and recruitment supplier contracts
Manage post jobs, download CVs, record and follow – up for results and updates.
Work with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, update JDs and propose suitable solutions under specific timelines
Work with the recruitment admin and the communications team to get the jobs posted on the company's website, job boards, and social media.
Manage candidate networks, built trust and maintain a good rapport with candidates (communicated with job applicants, responded candidate mails, answered call about jobs)
Act as a consultant to candidates and passionately share our company’s values
Facilitate English and technical on-line tests as well as facilitate interviews with hiring managers
Carry out other tasks when assigned by TA Manager.

Reception (20%)

Front desk reception, greeting visitors, manage phone calls and taking messages.
Handle incoming and outgoing post mails & follow up per request
Play as an internal and external contact point for office matters.

3 -5 years of experience in the IT field including at least 1-2 years’ experience in the same role and level
Graduated with a bachelor’s degree.
Ability to communicate in English fluently (required), can work under high pressure.
Experience in executive search firms or high-tech companies (a big plus)
Proficiency of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet is necessary.
