Senior Recruiter (IT Industry)

We are seeking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Recruitment Specialist for our growing team. On joining you will be part of an expanding team who are assisting goGame reach their planned growth within Vietnam. You will be responsible for fulfilling the vacancies in the most effective and efficient way with suitable candidates based on proper recruitment procedure with some duties below:
- Perform full life-cycle recruiting efforts to meet hiring goal through the use of effective recruitment channels: screen/pre-select resumes, schedule/conduct interviews, input CVs in HR system, collect employee documents, generate offer letters…
- Partner with Hiring Manager to understand strategic and tactical hiring needs and pro-actively provide recruitment services for diverse positions, from high priority to manager or staff-level;
- Develop recruiting strategies based on business requirements to source specific technical and professional candidates;
- Manage the entire recruiting process to meet hiring goal through the use of effective recruitment channels;
- Maintain industry knowledge, employment trends, and recruiting strategies to attract highly desired talent;
- Perform comprehensive research to provide extensive data analysis to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness;
- Optimize recruiting process to reach the better practice, maintain and develop recruiting channels according to business needs;
- Be an active net-worker and an HR Professional to represent the Company inside and outside.
HR teamwork & other projects
- Coordinate any events organized by HR Department;
- Share teamwork and other projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
• IT industry knowledge is a plus
• Passionate in HRM, especially recruitment
• Good interpersonal & problem solving skill
• Good English both in written & spoken skills
• Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email
• Highly proactive, positive & teamwork
• Customer-oriented, patient.
