Senior Recruiting and training (HRBP)
We are seeking a highly engaged, organized, and personable recruiting leader to join our company. In this role, you will design, create, and direct our hiring initiatives as we seek new talents for our organization. You will also be responsible for improving efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process, managing applications, and serving as a valuable brand ambassador.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes;
• Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures;
• Work with hiring managers to confirm hiring needs and requirements as well as advise about them interview techniques, test;
• Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques;
• Set clear goals and benchmarks for recruitment and manage recruitment efforts and advertising budgets;
• Directly interact with job candidates and respond to initial queries;
• Process & track applicant job submissions and manage recruitment databases;
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews and communicate employer’s information and benefits during screening process to find the best fit;
• Conduct and request required tests needed for hire (proficiency, background, etc.);
• Refer qualified and selected applicants to specific hiring manager or top management for further interviews;
• Carry out reference and background check for selected candidates;
• Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and labour law and employment practices;
• Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations;
• Conduct exit interviews on terminating employees;
• Document and present detailed progress reports of recruitment & employment activities and employment turnover ratio.

Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administrator, law or relevant;
• Good communication skills, both oral and written English;
• 5+ years of proven experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation;
• Familiarity with HR practices and understanding of fair employment practices;
• Managerial and leadership experience.
