Mô tả công việc
Develop new products following Company stratigic and Marketing plan
- Conduct internal and external testing
- Make sure new products qualify Company standards and GP%
- Approve for right materials, tools and equipments
Customize and simplify current products
- Commercialize products with simple operation at stores
- Standardize equipments and tools that descreasing messy and complicated at stores
Set up standards for finish products and raw materials
- Write SOPs, WIs detail
- Avoid controversy on products quality
- Review and update SOPs, WIs
- Co-operate with training team to train staffs
Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility
- Ensure products quality consistency from lab scale to customize.
- Manage and Oversee products quality in the system wide
Manage outsource suppliers on capacity and cability
- Communicate with supliers for aplification new ingredients and demoration
- Recomment the right parties for out-sourcing
- Evaluate current suppliers
Support documents for registration to Government or oversea

- University on Food chemical or related and plus
- At least 3 years experience on NPD of F&B
- Open for expat
