Senior Quality Management System Engineer

- Scopes
+ Manage and ensure compliance to Quality Management System from Management review to documentation control in SEMV
+ Manage and ensure compliance to product certification requirements
+ Supplier qualification and process audit (SAM and Diagnosis audits), pFMEA, CSR and PPEP
+ Connect with all relevant internal and external parties to effectively deploy the applicable quality system to all related functions in SEMV
+ Regularly review the system and propose improvement
+ Coordinate with SEMV internal team to ensure the compliance to QMS
+ Host and prepare for all quality audits from internal and external parties
- Responsible for:
+ All applicable practices in quality system of SEMV, including but not limit to ISO9001, market
certification, Dir32, LoB, global / regional quality and customer required standards
+ All quality audits from internal and external parties
+ All product certifications required by quality standards
+ Participate to supplier qualification and process audit (SAM and Diagnosis audits)
+ Take lead and be owner of pFMEA, CSR and PPEP for suppliers and part qualification
+ Risk assessment for the process / products or any related changes of quality management system and
proposed solutions in both SEMV and SEMV’s key suppliers
+ Line audit to ensure all required standards are updated and effectively implemented in SEMV and
suppliers
+ 8D for QMS issues to come up with sufficient improvement
+ Quality report, trending review and improvement monitoring
+ Quality events organising
+ Communicate and maintain Customer First zone and another internal quality forum (Yammer, chat groups, …)
+ Compliance to QMS
+ Key and core quality guidance are developed and under controlled
+ Accurate and timely quality reports are delivered and drive for improvement
+ Quality training
+ Quality communication

- QMS management and compliance
• Manage and ensure compliance to Quality Management System of all applicable practices in quality system of SEMV, including but not limit to ISO9001, market certification, product certification, Dir32, LoB and customer required standards
• Manage and ensure compliance to product certification requirements
• Connect with all relevant internal and external parties to effectively deploy the applicable quality system to all related functions in SEMV
• Coordinate with SEMV internal team to ensure the compliance to QMS
• Host and prepare for all quality audits from internal and external parties
• Risk assessment for the process / products or any related changes of quality management system and proposed solutions
• Supports other functions to develop the feasible and effective SOP
• Prepare and provide the QMS quality documents or reports according to the requirement from customers
• PPEP, CSR owner for SEMV
- Line audits
• Organize and coordinate the line audit activities in both SEMV and suppliers
• Review result and analyse the issues for improvement opportunities
- Training
• Regular training for DVC and NDVC for QMS required training course
• Improve quality awareness and systematic approach habits in SEMV
- Quality events & communications
• Quality events organising
• Communicate and maintain Customer First zone and another internal quality forum (Yammer, chat groups, …)
- Continuous improvement
• Regularly review the system and propose improvement

- Education: Industrial/ Mechanic/ Electric / Industrial management major - university graduated
- Job Related Experience: Process Quality / Process Manufacturing (>3-year experience).
- Experience in Quality management system and engineering system are the advantageous
- Business Understanding: Molding / Process Audit/ Risk Assessment
- Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): English – advance level
