Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

• Manage quality system and quality assurance activities
• Manage and prioritizes the complaint portfolio for customers region
• Serve as neutral party between customer and organization in claim investigation
• Pull, analyse, and summarize quality performance data for customer and provide a statistical presentation of facts and data
• Lead ISO process, continuous improvement and quality assurance projects
• Lead cross-functional team on projects. Communicate and work with all levels of the organization. Manage a large multi-function program or a set of projects and interact with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
• Do reports /performance monitoring
• Handle customer complaint and nonconformance
• Train for quality control and compliance to team members
• Have knowledge and able to operate basic lab test equipment such as crocking test, washing test and labels bonding test etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical discipline (Engineering or similar) prefer major in Industrial Management or Garment, Textile, Printing Industries
• Strong problem-solving skill
• Strong customer service skills - written, verbal and telephone communication skills
• Proven track record of project management success
• Understanding of applicable computer software and systems, such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and function specific software (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word…)
• 02+ year experience in Quality Assurance. Experience in Printing, Garment, Textile industries is advantage
• Good knowledge in colour variance identification and willing to travel will be an added advantage.
• Statistical reporting knowledge, ISO9001, 14000 knowledge/experience
• Proficiency in English communication
• Team work, result oriented, systematic
