Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

We are looking for talented, highly motivated and proactive Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to expand our dynamic team in Hanoi, Vietnam. Your work will have a direct impact on our success and will help create amazing experiences for our clients.

These will be your responsibilities:
● Review and analyze business requirement story cards.
● Design, develop test strategies, test scenarios, test plans and test cases and define business scenarios.
● Write / review detailed test cases / scripts and perform testing on Web Application Performance Testing, API testing.
● Implement and execute test scenarios (manually or automatically), log bug and create test report
● Execute testing tasks according to schedule and make sure of the quality of the product.
● Collaborate with the team (especially with developers) to replicate, verify the bug
● Coordinate and communicate testing timelines to the Product Manager
● Participate in sprint planning and work closely with Scrum team to analyze requirements and provide necessary QA / test recommendations
● Any other duties we may assign to you, having regard to your skills, training and experience

Your Experience and Skills:
● At least 2 years experience in executing test (Web and Mobile application)
● Have experience in Automation testing is a plus( Selenium, Jmeter,...)
● Solid experience in creating test plans and designing test cases.
● Good knowledge of SQL language
● Have experience in ecommerce project is a plus
● Strong both written and verbal communications skills in English
● Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks, strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
● Careful, highly organized and self-learning attitude
● Good at presentation, report writing skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, attention to details
● Have a high sense of responsibility
● Attitude to learn new technologies quickly.
● Extensive experience within an Agile environment
● Pay close attention to the details of User Experience
● Be familiar with testing cross-platform/browser web applications.
● Knowledge in automation testing

It’s an advantage if you have:
● Experience in project management, including planning, managing scope and requirements.
● Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
● Scrum Master Certification or previous Scrum Master experience
● Knowledge of Agile approaches, specifically Scrum or Kanban.
● Experience in Scrum processes, tracking dependencies and conflict resolution techniques.
● Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
● Experience with Jira or similar Agile execution and reporting tool is highly desirable.
