JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Establishing, developing, maintaining and continually improving the QHSE management system.
• Developing, reviewing and revising documentation system to make sure appropriate with Bolloré activities and Vietnamese Legal.
• Following and updating Legal and regulation related to QHSE system and deploy to support compliance for projects.
• Following up and supporting QHSE MR in activities at offices/ warehouse.
• Coordinating with QHSE Team on hazards and risk assessment and environmental aspect identify and other QHSE requirement.
• Setting plan and implementing necessary QHSE training program.
• Advice on ways to improve and implement system in order to reach such improvement.
• Supporting QHSE MR in Internal and external audit plan and implementation.
• Supporting QHSE MR in research and apply QHSE Programs for Bolloré Vietnam.
• Coordiate with Regional CSR team in implemeting CSR activities.
• Deploy CSR initiative for internal and external events in Vietnam.
• Other job as assigned by direct manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduation( Engineering Degree of Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental)
• Over 3 years of experience in QHSE at multinational company.
• Good in communication (both Vietnamese and English) skills.
• Leadership and management skills.
• Good presentation and training skills.
• Good understanding of QHSE laws and legal processes.
• Good Solving problem and negotiating skills.
• Good Microsoft office and Internet application.
• Master application and audit on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001.
• Pro-active, well-loyalty & "can-do" attitude.
• Over 3 years of experience in QHSE at multinational company.
• Good in communication (both Vietnamese and English) skills.
• Leadership and management skills.
• Good presentation and training skills.
• Good understanding of QHSE laws and legal processes.
• Good Solving problem and negotiating skills.
