Senior QC Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Manage an inspection team at factory at VSIP2 Binh Dương. Leading team meet targets.
• Manage and support inspection activities at suppliers.
• Set up inspection plan and do inspection at factories at Binh Duong.
• Judge quality of goods at site; Solving quality problems.
• Approve inspection report of team and report to quality manager/customer.
• Work with supplier for quality issues; Follow up corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Audit to qualify new suppliers and current suppliers.
• Monitor production process and control quality, 4M changes at supplier.
• Train inspection team for new projects, inspection tools/ equipment and inspection skills.

Qualifications:
- At least 4 years working experience in quality inspection.
- University Degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electronic engineering.
- Good English communication.
- Professional inspection skills. Well practice experience for supplier quality inspection, Mil-std-105E, etc.
- Reading and understanding drawings, engineering and quality documents.
- Self-confidence, leadership, work independently and good making decision.
- Analytical and planning skills, ability to work under pressure, good communication.
- Knowledge and experience in quality control of plastic product, metal forming product, electronic product will be preference.
- Proficient MS Office, statistic tools.
