- Planning and implementing quality plan, ensuring progress as quality plan
- Direct monitor in process of production, solve quality problems if they happen
- Researching into improving product quality, reducing production cost.
- Using quality tools (5S, QC 7 tools, Kaizen, Visual Management, etc…) in production.
- Quality target for customers

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Sex: Male/Female
- Age: 26-40 years old.
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Have experience in QC at least 3 years.
- Have experience in Manufacturing environment more than 3 years
- Have strategy view point and long term plan mindset
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership and result oriented.
- Good verbal, presentation, negotiation and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure
- Have deeply knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF16949 is preferred.
- Good communication in English
- Age: 26-40 years old.
