The candidate with strong technical background in knit products manufacturing and strong leadership skill is ideal for this position.
Description
The roles and responsibilities are:
* KAMP/ SMS/ PP Meeting.
* Quality Risk Assessment.
* Quality Process and Product Safety Control.
* Daily related quality issues investigation and issue resolutions (CAPA).
* Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly Quality Review.
* Manage and provide training to QA Team.
* Work with buyers on quality related issues.
* Talent development.
Profile
The Senior QA Manager should have:
* Bachelor degree with related disciplines
* 5 years experience (similar position) in knit products manufacturing
* Familiar with garment technology such as bonding/ seam sealing
* work under high pressure
* Cultural intelligence
* Fluent in Vietnamese/ English. Chinese is a plus
