REPORT TO: Lead QA Engineer – TBD
EMPLOYEE LEVEL: Senior/ Leader
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Work in one of development team as QA to help team cover the Quality aspect when develop product
- Working with PM and Dev lead and team in grooming to clarify the requirement and estimation
- Perform one of the following test: Automation UI test, API test, Mobile test
- Perform Automation Performance test

Your qualifications:
- Bachelor or similar degree in fields related to IT
Your mandatory skills:
- Capacity to identify and keep up to date on relevant technologies
- Hands-on mentality with get-it-done attitude
- Recognizes own strengths and weaknesses
- Collaborative, with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong in one of 2 kind of testing: Automation API test, Automation Front End test. Proved to be efficiency in 1 of 2 tools: Selenium OR Jmeter (or both)
- Knowledge on Query DB.
- Strong ability in analyze the requirements, detect the quality risks when changing requirements.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Knowledge about automation testing process CI/CD
- Know how to cooperate with Developer and help them improve the testing mindset
- Have knowledge on Jenkin and how to configure it is a huge advantages
- Knowledge about Robot Framework
- Knowledge about Jmeter
- Fluent in reading diagram such as Sequence Diagram
- Have experience in setting up and prepare test data automated
- Flexible, independent and self-motivated
- Proved to have experience in working with Developer to help them understand the automation and guide them to write automation test.
