Senior Purchasing Staff

- Find & contact suppliers (oversea and local) which provide materials/equipment in IT/Networks and M&E business.
- Negotiate products’ cost and follow up delivery schedule.
- Compose/review Economic Contract in English & Vietnamese (local), Purchase Order (oversea) with consideration of business law.
- Compose/review Hand-over certificate, FAC,..according to contract requirement.
- Check relevant documents: invoice, packing list, bill, C/O, C/Q,..
- Follow up payment status with suppliers.
- Identify import/export customs clearance: Import tax, HS code, transportation charges,.. to ensure cost reduction and ensure to follow the customs clearance rules and business law.
- Recommends alternative solutions to prevent and limit risk if problem occurs.
- Receive feedback about the quality of products/services and make complaint for damages/mistakes if any problem occurs.
- Report the problem (if any) to BOD timely and advise the best solution to solve problem.
- Other administrative duties as required by BOD.

- At least 5 years of experiences at the same position, priority over in IT/Networks, M&E business.
- Good at communication and negotiation.
- Good at English (4 skills).
- Good at business law.
- Well organized, manages time and projects effectively.
- Self-starter, work independently or teamwork.

*Working condition:
- Contract duration: Temporary 04~06 months
- Place: Nguyen Hue street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh city.
- Expected starting date: middle of August.2019
- Social insurance during the whole contract time.
