Mô tả công việc
- Sourcing & asking quotation, making contract / PO
- Follow up delivery status, settle related issues (quantity/ quality)
- Make expense for advance/ payment
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse to ensure proper storage
- Update price products & suppliers in MCS
- Update price list (for new items)
- Support site for document submission & explanation
- Update purchasing module in MCS

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Requirements:
- University graduation
- Having purchasing experience more than 3 years
- Fluent in English (4 skills)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good working attitude
- Carefully/ Hard working/ Organized
