Senior Property Manager - Prime Grade A Building

The Client is looking for a Senior Property Manager with regional experience leading top of the market commercial developments to establish and deliver international management standard in Hanoi, Vietnam.


Description

The successful candidate will be leading a team of circa 80 personnel to manage a 5* quality commercial development in the heart of Hanoi. The development and its unique features is the first in the city. The tenant list consists of global MNCs, diplomat offices, technology firms, etc which require premium services and client relation management.

The Senior Property Manager (SPM) will be reporting to Head of Property Management Director. As part of the organisational effort to raise the property management standard in Vietnam, he/she will be key to develop an improved service standards and protocols as well as training/development programme for the overall organisation.

The development is by an international developer with innovative and smart building features, which will utilise new building management technology (proptech) widely.

The SPM will lead the team in establishing the management procedure bringing in best practice and experience from mature markets, which include, but not limited to the following:

Property Operations
Tenant & Customer Relations
Financial Reporting
Leasing and Marketing
Risk Management
Administrative
Supervisory


Profile

The successful candidate shall thrive to perform and achieve all duties satisfactory.

He/She shall have considerable experience managing commercial property with prime grade A building, preferably in mature markets such as Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Jakarta, Hong Kong.

Aside from credible qualifications (preferably Master Degree) and computer proficiency, the client is looking for leadership, financial/accounting knowledge and skills, highly organised and adaptive to changing priorities. The successful candidate shall have excellent communication, analytic and problem solving skills. She/he shall also have strong knowledge of commercial leasing transaction as well as building system.

He/she shall possess the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/priorities while providing leadership/mentor-ship to his/her team.
