Senior Project Specialist

POSITION GOALS
• Project management of IFM SOW (Industrial building Repair/modification, system improvement, new medium-to-low project scales)
• Generate SOW, BOQ, shop drawings following technical spec requirement. Able to demonstrate value engineering and risk management following Intel /JLL processes.
• Able to communicate technical evaluation, project proposals and able to coordinate clearly project owners on project expectations.
• Be able to identify minimum regulatory compliance such as permits, trainings and other compliance documentations before project execution
• Execute projects in accordance with existing site processes, agreed arrangements and delivery of commitment to the highest degree of standard. Issue resolutions must be done in professional manners.
• Must have good working relationship with the team by following task assigned by his line manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborative project planning and execution to accomplish goals within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards
• Good foresight on project overall duration from SOW generation to project closure/acceptance by client.
• Must follow strictly site specs on all projects. Supplemental references must undergo review/approval process prior application
• Able to create/update multiple projects Gantt chart; root cause analysis when necessary to site issues.
• Coordinate field staffs, subcontractors, site operations and other parties involved on the project
• Must follow instruction on assigned task by his department manager.
• Diligent in safekeeping documents, documenting minutes of the meeting/meeting agreement between stakeholders.
• Manage/Coordinate/escalate project tasks on a day-to-day basis
• Coordinate communication between staff and third vendor acting on behalf of the client
• Timely escalation of site incidents to include safety and operations Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.
• Review SOW proposal and able to execute technical evaluations of all project proposals
• Flexible in supporting critical operations’ requirements and urgent customer demands having strong analytical ability in managing situations. Good anticipation of potential problems/ solutions and proactive communicate of such potential issues.
• Comply with all Intel and JLL safety procedures; maintain good housekeeping and safety of work areas. .
• Ability to demonstrate leadership skills within a team environment, take control of situations when appropriate and achieve results, takes initiatives in representing issues and potential solutions to management.

• Candidate must possess bachelor’s degree of mechanical or electrical engineering with high morale and good business ethics
• Have a minimum three (3) years of technical experience in all aspects of industrial building operation and maintenance. Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, process instruments, security and fire system.
• Has actual exposure to medium-to-low scale projects for at least 2 years. Had strong capability of creating general building repairs and system improvement SOW’s, high technical evaluation skill, sensitivity on value engineering following site and prevailing regulatory compliance standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications; i.e. Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and custom on-line applications
• Must be able to use CMMS work order systems
• Must have some soft skills such as supervisory skills, time management skills, etc.
• On call duties and overtime as required

- Working time: 07:00 - 16:00, Mon - Fri
- Working Location: Intel VN - Lot I2, D1 Road, Saigon Hi-Tech Park, District 9, HCMC
