Senior Project Manager / Project Manager

- Managing the Design and Implementation of ELV system, ICT system or AV system to hotels, casinos, theme parks or shopping malls.
- Preparation of tender documents and technical submissions.
- Project management and contract administration.
- Application of project progress payment and project financial control.

- Degree holder in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, IT, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years relevant work experience in design and project management for the position of Project Manager
- Good command of both written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Experience in managing large-scale ELV / ICT systems, with a multi-disciplinary project team, would be an advantage
- Experience in Structure Cabling System, ELV, Hotel Management System, RCU, Building Management System…etc.
