Senior Project Manager

- Design and Construction Management
- Responsible for the technical, financial, time, safety & quality aspects
- Plan projects and ensure they are programmed to a level of detail necessary for the site team to deliver the scheme without delays
- Project Team management
- Provide detailed constructability reviews of project documents; make recommendations
- Manage day-to-day work on projects in construction phases; coordinate and make recommendations regarding status of work
- Assist the Client in reviewing contractor requests through formal or informal processes, and provide prompt responses to keep projects on schedule
- Review and monitor project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget
- Regularly review project schedules, analyze and monitor construction progress to determine impacts to schedule and provide feedback to Technical Director and Executive staff
- Enforce the contractor on compliance project schedules
- Direct reporting to the Client
- Reporting to the Managing Director & Technical Director

Basic education: Architect/Civil engineering
Experience: >10 years
Certificate: Project Management certificate grade I is a plus

Skills:
- Strong knowledge Project Management in high-rise building, commercial center, hotel, resort, hospital…
- Strong in negotiation & communication skill
- Dealing professionally in managing tasks and consistently meeting tight deadlines
- Good level English speaking and writing
- All the soft skills to handle the work
