Senior Project Manager

• Take on the Client Representative role and provide leadership to the project
• Responsible for project implementation: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Control and Closing
• Make recommendations and bring value engineering to the project
• Direct the professional consultants and assuming responsibility for the timely delivery of the project through the pre and post tender stages and within agreed cost parameters
• Responsible for less senior members of staff and have the ability to manage a team

• Degree in Civil/Structural, Mechanical/Electrical or Architecture and have minimum 15 years’ experience in Project Management
• Preference will be given to applicants with PMP qualification

The candidate shall also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to multi task.
