Mô tả công việc
• Project Management:
- Participate and manage projects being assigned to its fullest potential.
- Setup SOPs for general ops and special projects as needed.
- Train and improve team for general needs of each project.
- Closely manage vendors and make sure they are follow protocols.
- Work closely with transport, warehouses and logistics teams to ensure all projects being successfully carried out.
- Maintain excellent relationship with internal teams and customers.
- Assist and drive adoption to ILGS system to make sure all teams and members are using it to avoid mistake and eliminate waste.
- Ensure service quality is at its highest state possible.
• Sales support:
- Participate in all bidding opportunities (assigned by management) invited by potential customers.
- Drive bidding initiatives if need be when a project with high potential of success.
- Draft related content, presentation, and any materials, attend meetings as need to bring opportunities to closure.
- Advice team and management on insights of projects and industry as needed.
- Research and present data that are relevant to bringing projects to winning.
- Provide general financials such as costing, estimate, and profits for each participating project
• Others general responsibilities:
- Build KPI process for team related parties.
- Daily/ weekly/ monthly monitoring and reporting of general performance and KPIs of related teams and projects.
- Participating in the hiring process of new team members
- Drive training initiatives by drafting materials and training appropriate roles needed to be successful in projects.
- Create quarterly and annual plan for projects, team and self in order to drive the company to success.
- Provide guidance and proposal on plan to improve service quality to drive towards operational excellence.
• Tentative KPIs
- Participate and successfully close at least 3 projects in any open bidding process pre annum
- Maintain and improve general KPIs being assigned based on projects, teams, and customers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or equivalent MBA is a plus.
- 7-10 years of experience in managing successful projects in logistics and/ or transportation services
- At least 4 years of experience in management role
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- English proficiency is a must. Able to fluently communicate with foreign colleagues and customers Fluent in Japanese or Korean is a plus.
- Ability to nurture team members and next generation of team lead and managers to increase efficiency and reducing mistakes.
- A team player, work hard and a person of high integrity, respect and honesty.
- 7-10 years of experience in managing successful projects in logistics and/ or transportation services
- At least 4 years of experience in management role
- Excellent written and communication skills.
